Stayed here cause of a contract I had with Raymond James Stadium. Great stay, quiet neighborhood, and just nice place to relax after working 12 hr days

Beds were excellent. Sofa was stained and uncomfortable. Pool guy got the pool looking fabulous (one day after we arrived). Excellent host communication. Suggest bringing some extra silverware and towels if you’ve got more than 4 in your group

Cosmetic appearance were not up to par and it was not visible in the pictures online but they did provide the basic necessities for the stay.

Everything in the house was really run down and or broken but it served its purpose for the weekend. The management company had very prompt and timely responses with professional communication

Fun escape

We had fun.The house was clean and comfortable. We loved the quiet of the neighborhood. Stores, restaurants and things to do were only a few minutes away if needed. The yard and pool were amazing, perfect for swimming and relaxing outside. I wish we had others staying with us. This house would be nice for a larger group. The description was accurate and we were very happy with our stay.
