Waterfront 2/2 Beach Condo! Pet Friendly+Dock! #1

I really wanted to like this place more but it fell short in really basic ways that are fixable with a bit of time and a few dollars. Pluses Five minutes from door-to-shore; cannot beat the location Condo is an end unit so there is great light Across the parking lot from the Winn-Dixie Adjacent to ROC—a city park with pickleball/tennis and basketball courts Unit was SUPER clean Property manager was very responsive Minus’ No ice trays or freezer packs for coolers (the first was remedied by the property manager) No kitchen rags to wipe up spills; no kitchen towels but cheap paper towels No basic cleaning supplies, just some dish soap and a broom/dustpan; I think most people clean-up after themselves but it’s BYO here King Bedroom—no storage of any kind; no drawers and closet contains most of the Unit’s “gear”—beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, foldable crib, etc. Queen Bedroom—great drawer space, no closet/hanging space Three threadbare beach towels that together didn’t match the loft of a single bath towel No outlets near the beds—as most people use their phones as clocks and alarms, this means you’re charging you devices on the floor or in another room Washer/dryer—not in the unit; on the premises in a dirty utility room; bring your quarters Outdoor common areas are run-down; two rickety picnic tables and a dock in similar condition; beware splinters and uneven boards/tripping hazards
